The origins of Visionary World School trace back to 1979, when our esteemed Patron, Shri D.D. Bhargava Ji, laid the foundation of an institution built on values of compassion, hardwork and discipline. A distinguished social worker, philanthropist, and successful entrepreneur, he believed that meaningful societal transformation begins with the education of young minds. Guided by this conviction, Bal Vihar was established with a mission to nurture children rooted in moral strength, compassion, integrity, and respect. Under his leadership, the institution flourished and earned recognition for academic excellence and holistic development. The legacy was further strengthened under the leadership of Shri Sushil Bhargava Ji and the dedicated principalship of Smt. Rachna Bhargava Ji. Director
Dr. Bharat Bhargava is a seasoned healthcare entrepreneur and medical professional with over 27 years of experience. Since 2017, he has served as the Owner and Director of Evergreen Hospital, Surat, where he leads hospital operations, strategic expansion, and quality-driven patient care initiatives.
An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, Dr. Bhargava combines clinical expertise with strong administrative acumen. His professional journey has provided him with a deep understanding of child health and development—insights that significantly inform his educational vision. Committed to revitalizing and elevating the legacy of Bal Vihar, he brings forward-thinking perspectives, structured leadership, and innovative learning models to Visionary World School. His goal is not merely restoration, but the advancement of the institution to new standards of excellence.
Dr. Meenakshi Bhargava
Director
Dr. Meenakshi Bhargava holds a Master’s degree in Instrumentation and Chemical Analysis and a Doctorate in Analytical Chemistry from Jiwaji University. Her professional trajectory spans both industry and academia. She began her career contributing to research and design initiatives for a major pharmaceutical company serving international markets, including the United States. Transitioning into academia, she has dedicated over two decades to mentoring students across multiple educational levels—from postgraduate scholars to middle school learners.
Her approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and the practical application of scientific knowledge. With a deep commitment to holistic education, she integrates academic excellence with value-based development. At Visionary World School, she plays a pivotal role in introducing progressive methodologies that foster intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, and lifelong learning.

Ms. Girija Swami
Principal
Ms. Girija Swami is an accomplished educational leader with over 25 years of experience in academic administration, curriculum design, and institutional leadership. She has successfully led reputed institutions, driving strategic growth, academic distinction, and holistic student development. Her expertise encompasses teacher mentorship, data-driven academic planning, skill-based education, STEM initiatives, and technology-integrated classrooms. Known for her disciplined yet empathetic leadership style, she fosters collaborative school cultures rooted in integrity, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Academically qualified with a Master of Education and an M.A. in English Literature, Ms. Swami remains deeply committed to nurturing young minds and building future-ready institutions. Under her guidance, Visionary World School is positioned to achieve sustained excellence and meaningful impact.
